I'm here to help you connect your credit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Did you receive any specific error message while connecting your 28 Degree Credit card ? That will help me determine the source of the issue.
If an error notice appears, refer to this article for instructions on how to resolve it. Simply click on the relevant error link: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, you can manually update your connection if your credit card is connected to QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Choose Banking or Transactions from the drop-down option.
- Select Banking from the drop-down menu.
- Click Update.
You can also follow the steps provided by my colleague @Jen_D to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorise them. They will go directly into your accounts after you review them.
