To generate group certificates, first, make sure that all pay runs have been finalised for the current financial year. Once done, you may follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Reports tab and select Payment Summaries.
  2. Select the Financial Year and click Show Payment Summaries.
  3. To generate this report, select Excel.  
  4. You can publish them by selecting Actions and then Publish
