Hi SydJasonB,

 

Thanks for sharing this with us.

 

At the moment there is an outage for some customers using Direct Feeds with a number of banks.

 

Our banking engineer has identified the cause of this issue and is currently working with our direct feed provider to restore the missing transactions.

 

There was an internal error processing transactions for some customers, hence not downloading to their files.

We apologise for this inconvenience and will be working on a resolution as soon as possible.
