Hi @ccm25,

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help you find the missing button in QuickBooks.

You should be able to select the Quotes option from the Shortcuts menu. If you're using the mobile app, I recommend you perform some basic troubleshooting.

I suggest you start by refreshing your QuickBooks data. This way, we'll be able to ensure the program runs on a clean slate.

Here's how:

  1. Open the QuickBooks app.
  2. Click the question mark icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Press Refresh Data
  4. Select Refresh to confirm.
  5. Close and re-open the app.
  6. Click the hamburger  icon.
  7. Go to the Shortcuts tab.
  8. Check if you can see the Quotes option.

If the problem persists, you can proceed with making sure the app is up-to-date. You can either go to the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the device that you have.

In case you're referring to the QuickBooks Desktop app, there are two ways to create quotes. You can either click the + New button in the upper-left or going through the Cash Flow menu.

Check out these screenshots for your visual guide:

The Cash Flow menu to track the money coming in and out of your business. The option to change it back to the older process is currently unavailable.
