Unfortunately, some browsers such as Safari and Internet Explorer can present their own unique issues which come from more of a browser-side compatability issue rather than from the Quickbooks side - I understand that you've already raised the issue with the support team, so hopefully they will be able to approach these issues at some point in the future, but if you are experiencing these kind of troubles regularly, one option may be to use the Desktop app - it's generally a lot more of a consistent experience than using Safari directly, and you might find that it doesn't have these kind of issues. You can follow this article for steps to download the desktop app if you'd like to do so - we do have a lot of users who much prefer the app-based experience, so you may find that it works out in your case!
