Hello, @dylanfaulknercon.

 

If you wish to update the payment information for your QuickBooks Online subscription, you can simply do it by going to the Accounts and Settings window.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks as a master or company administrator.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Click on Billing Subscription at the left pane.
  4. Hit on the pencil icon beside your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card information. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  6. Once completed, select Confirm card or Save.
