I have been trying to connect QB to my Coop business bank account whilst on trial, still not working. I think the coop's IT is sub par, and they are just behind all the larger banks. But I cant choose to use QB either as it is only half a service without bank connection, I'll carry on using excel sheets until this is ironed out.
