Thanks for posting in the Community! Accessing the Leave calendar is currently unavailable when using the Workzone app, you'll have to make sure you're logged in using a web browser on your phone or desktop. The app is a simplified version of the application that is why not all features can be accessed on the mobile application.

Furthermore, we recommend checking the Employee portal settings and make sure the Allow all employees to view approved leave box is ticked. Here's how:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online, and click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on the Payroll Settings.
3. Click on Employee Portal Settings.
4. Locate Allow all employees to view approved leave box is ticked.
5. Click on Save.
