Hi fairfield-impex,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! Do you lodge your pay run on the same QuickBooks Online file? If you would like to create a pay event after you finalise a pay run, you can follow these steps. 

 

  1. Open a pay run. 
  2. Click on Finalise Pay Run once you've confirmed that the details on it are correct. 
  3. On Create pay event, select Create pay event immediately
  4. Tick Apply these changes to all future pay runs
  5. Then select Finalise.
