It’ll be best to reach out to our Self-Employed Support for further assistance regarding this matter. Rest assured that they can do something about it.

 

Since you can’t access your account, you’ll want to use our QuickBooks Self-Employed test drive. This is a US account, however, it works the same with the AU. From there, you can perform the steps below:

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Select Assistant.
  2. Enter your concern or ask a question.
