Hello there, byronloker-gmail.

 

You can delete the quote by opening it first. This also applies when deleting other transactions you've accidentally created. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Go to the +New button.
  2. Select Quote under the Customers column.
  3. Click the Clock icon. Find the quote you want to delete. If it's not listed to the recent ones, click View More.
  4. Once it's opened, hit More at the bottom part of the page.
  5. Select Delete. Then, Yes to confirm.

Also, you can run the Transaction List by Customer report to generate only the quote as a type of transaction and view the details on this per customer. You can use the articles below for additional guide when customizing and memorizing a report in QBO:
