Thanks for including a screenshot of the error you're getting, tatweer. I'm committed to helping you upload your bank transaction to QuickBooks successfully.

This error can happen when the date isn't formatted correctly. To isolate the issue, let's review your Excel CSV file and ensure that the date is in this format (example: 01/02/2024 - Month/Day/Year). Typos on the date can also affect the issue.

If the date is in the correct format and the error persists, can you please provide a screenshot of your Excel CSV file? It will allow us to review the details and identify any potential issues.

I'm adding this material to learn more about the supported format of your Excel CSV file when importing bank entries to our system: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Once you upload your transaction to QuickBooks, prepare to review and categorize them from the For Review section.

Please let me know in the comment section below if you have follow-up questions while bringing your bank data to QuickBooks. I'm just a few clicks away to help you once more. Stay safe!
