Hi there, @accounting-ygpso.

I can provide information about managing employees' access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, there is. To restrict them from accessing your Products and Services in QBO, you need to select None for their access rights. This will also prohibits them from using any of the accounting features in QBO. They can submit time sheets.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top right of your company file.
  2. Click Manage users.
  3. Find the user you want to edit. Then select Edit in the Action column.
  4. Choose Standard user in the User type drop-down, then tick None.
  5. Hit Save.

Once done, ask the user to sign out and sign in again to see the updates. To learn more about managing user roles and access rights in QBO, consider checking out these articles:

I'm only a few clicks away if you have follow-up questions about this or anything else QuickBooks. I'll be happy to answer them. Take care always.
