This happens when the page is bigger than the browser window, Dahome.

 

Another reason is the computer's settings might be changed. To get the icons back, we'll both check the browser zoom and computer display settings, then make some necessary changes. For the steps, I've got you the article: Unable to see the entire page in QuickBooks Online.
