Hello there, @useradele.

Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let me help you fix the logo on your quotes and invoices.

Since you already set the logo size correctly, the issue may be related to the PDF. I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting to isolate and fix the problem.

You can start by updating Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest version or repairing your Adobe installation. For the detailed instructions, I recommend visiting this page:How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.

After updating your Adobe, please check the logo. If the issue persists, the browser's stored cache may be full. It can cause unusual behavior in QuickBooks, like the small logo.

I'd first suggest logging into your account using a private browser. This process allows you to access sites without storing any data in the cache.

If you're using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press the CTRL + Shift + P shortcut on your keyboard. For Safari, hit Command + Shift + N. Press CTRL + Shift + N if you're using Google Chrome.

From there, please attempt to view your invoices and quotes. If it works fine, let's clear your browser's cache to have a clean slate.

In case private browsing doesn't work, use other supported web engine to get the best and most secure experience with the program.

I've also attached an article you can use to learn more about how to diagnose PDF printing issues in Windows: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.

You're always welcome to post any questions you have in this space. I'll be happy to help you some more. Have a good day.
