I'll help you secure your validation code for QuickBooks Desktop, andrew104.

 

To get your code, you can check your Customer Account Management Portal. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to CAMPs using the credentials connected to your product.
  2. Select QuickBooks version 2013 under Products & Services.
  3. Choose Details and complete the steps in getting a validation code.

 

Regarding the customer number, are you referring to the license number? 

 

After opening your CAMPs and you still can't get a validation code, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Support Team. Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks and go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern, then select Continue.
  4. Sign in to your Intuit account, click Continue, and then Continue with my account.
  5. You'll receive a single-use code. Enter it and hit Continue.
  6. Click to Chat with us or Have us call you.
