This is a known behavior, frieda2. Rest assured that our engineers are working to fix this.

 

I would recommend contacting our Email team shortly, so they can add your company info to the list of affected users. This way, we can quantify the number of affected users per region. We can't ask your company info here since this is a public forum.
 

To contact our Email team:

  1. Click on Help and select Contact us.
  2. In the description field, enter Cannot save company logo. Add me to the list of affected users.
  3. Click Send an email.
