I'll share the steps on how you can switch invoice templates. All you have to do is select the Customise button below the invoice.

 

Below are the easy steps:

 

  1. Go to +New.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. Hover towards Customise, then mark the template you want to use. See the image below.
  4. Enter the invoice details.
  5. Tap Save and then Print or Preview to check. Select Close when you're done checking.
  6. Click Save and send or Save and close.
