You can easily make a supplier active again with the following steps:

1. Go to Expenses, then select Suppliers.
2. Click on the small Gear icon at the upper-right side.
3. Mark the checkbox for Include inactive.
4. Then click the Make active link under the Action column.

That's it. Your supplier is now active again in QuickBooks.
