Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community, account-sentron-.

I want to ensure you're able to amend the invoice template in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can edit the invoice template on the Customs Form Styles page and make some changes from there. Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Find your template.
  4. Select Edit from the Action column.
  5. Make any edits.
  6. Click Done.

I've also included a detailed resource about customizing sales templates which may come in handy moving forward: Customize invoices, estimates, & sales receipts.

Let me know if you need further assistance with managing your invoice form. I'm just a post away to help. Have a great day ahead.
