Hi, thanks for the prompt replies by both support team members.

However, our concern of this QR code is related to customisation of the sales invoice. The QR code is the trending payment method which most clients looking for. This helps to ease their customers' payment by just  scanning the QR code. I've included a sample of invoice with the QR (paynow) below. This is rather simple as to just allow us to include a static picture in the footer (bank details) when customising the invoice. I'm unsure why this can't be done at invoice customisation. Thanks.
