Hi there, Lorraine Ooi.

 

QuickBooks Online doesn’t currently offer a Service Date in Sales Order form, and there isn’t a built-in Service Date column available for line items. However, you can manually enter the Service Date in the Description field for each item.

 

This ensures the Service Date appears on the printed or delivered order form.

 

Here’s how

 

  1. Open the Sales Order Form.
  2. Fill in the customer's name, date, and any other relevant order information.
  3. Enter the Products/Services with Service Dates in the Description
  4. For each line item, use the Description field to specify the Service Date:
