Accessing an invoice template in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app to add your client's signature is currently not possible, Clpurtill1.
I recommend sending Feedback to our Product Engineers team regarding this matter. Rest assured that they'll thoroughly assess your suggestion and provide updates to the software needed for your business. To send a feature recommendation, you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then choose Feedback under Profile.
2. Indicate your comments or suggestions.
3. Then click Next to submit Feedback.
To keep track of your feature recommendation, you can visit the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests page.
In the meantime, I suggest requesting a picture of your client's signature on a white background and then attaching it in the Add a stamp, signature, or QR code section in your customized template. This way, your client's signature will be automatically included on future invoices, eliminating the need for them to sign each one individually. Please note that this feature is only applicable to the Airy new template.
