You can set up specific customer delivery instructions to be printed or reflected on every invoice in QuickBooks Online without entering them each time.
Start by creating a customer field. Please note that this feature is available in the Essentials, Plus, and Advanced version of QuickBooks Online.

Once you've created the customer field, you can add delivery instructions to the customer profile by following these steps:
By doing this, the delivery instructions will automatically appear on every invoice for that specific customer, which ensures consistency and saves you time. I included some screenshots to show you what it looks like when you create an invoice and send it to your customer as a PDF.
Additionally, after your customers have made their payments, you can record payments to mark your invoices as paid, ensuring accuracy in your account.
