Keep in mind that QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online have different features and functionality. The amount of information that can be imported to QuickBooks Online is determined by the data converted by the third-party application/tool. 

With that, there are certain limitations when converting from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. One of them is you're multi-currency transactions. This means you'll need to manually enter them in the system after the conversion process to avoid any discrepancies.
