It's good to see you here, @fislerdata,

 

I've updated my answer after checking this with our engineers. At the moment we have an ongoing issue regarding the word Estimate reappearing on emailed forms subject line, even after removing it from the template.

 

Our Team is still working to get a permanent fix for this. For now, I recommend contacting our Support Line to add your account to the notification list when an update is available.

 

Use the following steps to reach us or use the one from Jamespaul's answer:

  1. Go to the Help menu then select Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  4. Choose Start messaging to initiate a discussion with a live agent or Get a call for callbacks.

To ensure you reach us successfully, call us during our support hours between 6 AM to 6 PM PT weekdays.
