I've checked here on my end and found that there are no reported cases or ongoing investigations about this issue. Since the issues persists, I suggest contacting our Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and be able to investigate this further.  

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help (?) menu at the top right.
  3. Pick Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then chose Let's talk.
  5. Select Start a chat with a support expert.
