Hello, @ITC Accounting.

Let's try accessing your account then enable your automatic credits settings. This way, we can isolate this concern for a possible browser-related concern. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P

Once logged in, let's try viewing the advanced settings again. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Advanced menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Automation section.
  5. Toggle On the Automatically apply credits option.
  6. Click the Save button.

If it works, you may want to  clear the cache of your regular browser. The stored data in your browser may have been corrupted and caused performance issues. Also, you'd want to use other supported web browsers.
