Thanks for coming back for more support, @aatomzresearch-o. As an additional insight, you can switch to annual billing for your QuickBooks Online plan. 

 

Here's how to change your payment schedule: 

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online, then go to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Account and Settings, then select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Select Switch to annual billing, then click Switch and then Done.
