We know this support team answer already , but still on your insistence I contacted them.
The back end team never listen to their own support team or the customers. That's why the problems don't get resolved for months .
I am not sure if you people have any access to back end team or just recommend the support team. The quick resolution of problems have become a thing of past in QBO.
