Thanks for letting us know about your experience. Let me see if I can shed some light on limits.  Merchant account limitations are setup based on review of the information submitted through the application.  A sales representative would not provide you a limit because they have no way of knowing the limits being established prior to applying.

 

As you continue to process with us, however, and your transactions and volume are shown to be consistent, your account will be reviewed internally and that limit may be increased.  I can't provide a time frame for that, unfortunately; the reviews are done on a case by case basis.
