I understand how important it is for your mobile app to function smoothly especially when it comes to adding tax rates to your invoices, uhsoluntions1. I want to assure you that the QuickBooks update and new look were made to enhance your overall experience.

Please know that after an update or redesign, certain app functionalities may not behave as expected due to app cache, compatibility issues, or incomplete synchronization.

To address this, I’ll be performing some mobile app troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue and ensure your tax rates function properly on the app.

For iOS users:

  1. Open your Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage and find the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.

For Android users:

  1. Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Yes to confirm.

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app. Doing so ensures you have the latest version installed.

As another option, you can use your mobile device’s web browser to access QuickBooks Online.
