Since you have already attempted to troubleshoot this issue, it's best to have you contact our Live Support team directly. They will be able to assist you further in diagnosing the problem and providing an accurate solution for the template code displaying on your screen.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu or the (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QBO.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred option. Have us call you or chat.
