In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Journal Entry section does not feature a specific option called "containers" for entering goods for multiple customers on a single invoice. However, you can add individual lines for each customer under another account.

I can see the benefit of this option for you and other customers. It would be best to connect directly with our Product Developers team by sending Feedback through the journal entry option.
