I have all the steps to help you set up different invoice templates in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Annette.

QBO offers a Custom form style feature, enabling you to edit or create your template according to your preferences and use it in your sales forms. Here's how you do it:

  1. Open your QuickBooks account and go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom form styles.
  3. Click the New style button and choose a sales form (Invoice).

Then, we can customise the appearance of your template according to your preference.

  1. From the Design tab, choose a different template style if you want it to be in a different format for specific customers.

  2. Enter the Business name and other details like the ABN from the Content tab.

  3. Customize the appearance of your invoice in emails.
  4. Once everything's fine, click Done to save your template.

You can repeat these steps if you want to create another one with a different template or style for your invoices. After that, when you create a new invoice, click the Customise button to select the template you want for that invoice.
