Hi JenWent,

The printer settings on your Adobe Reader might have a different set up from your QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Online uses the Adobe's settings when printing a document. Here's how to check your print settings in your Custom form styles:

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Click on Custom Form Style.
  3. Click on Edit for your Standard template.
  4. Click on Design tab and click on Edit print settings.
  5. Select how you want to print the page margins. Fit to window envelope or Use letterhead paper.
  6. You can also set a specific margin.
  7. Check the page display at the right.
  8. Click on Done.

I recommend also checking your printer settings to verify. And last is to use a new incognito window or another supported browser like Google Chrome, Safari or Edge when printing invoices.
