Since the troubleshooting steps shared by my colleague above didn't fix your issue, I highly recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can further investigate this matter and create an investigation ticket if other users experiencing the same.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
  3. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field and choose Continue
  4. Click Get a callback.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Select Call me.
