I know how it can be inconvenient to manually adjust the length column just to see all the information.

When you enter long information into your transactions, QuickBooks Online is unable to show the entire characters with its default column length. You'll have to alter the column length to view the whole information.

For now, clicking the Hamburger icon will help you expand the column since it closes/collapses the sidebar menu. However, if the data is very long, you'll still have to manually adjust the length of the column.

Here's how to do it:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top, then choose Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions, then click Next.
3. If you'll be provided a list of suggested articles related to your comment, select Skip and send message.
4. Choose a category from the drop-down menu if applicable.
5. Click Send message to complete the process.
