Don't worry. Bank errors can be resolved, Frans. Let me share some steps to rectify them in QuickBooks Online (QBO) so you may get back to business seamlessly.

Bank errors 102 and 105 typically indicate that your bank is experiencing issues. Their website might be down for maintenance or experiencing server problems.

Let's fix this by checking the website of your bank or credit card to make sure everything is functioning well from there.

  1. When you're unable to sign in, reach out to your financial institution for the next steps.
  2. Search for any notifications, alerts, or messages. These ought to make any problems apparent.
  3. Review the transactions, account history, and account pages. When you're unable to see these, there might be a connectivity problem.

If everything looks good, click the Update button again after 48 hours to refresh the connection in QBO once more, as your bank will need time to fix everything if there are issues.
