Fixing the connection is our top priority! But I have another way on how you can get transactions from your bank, JackT.

You'll want to sign in to your bank's website to get transactions from there. To do this, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Every financial institution has different steps.
  3. Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.

Once done, you'll need to review the file format to make sure that you can manually upload the transactions. Here's how:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select Upload transactions.
  3. Select Browse and then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Next.
  4. In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then select Next.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Next.
  6. When you're ready, select Let's go.

Please check this out for more detailed steps and information: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online. You'll want to match and categorise transactions after you've reviewed them.
