I understand how you want to connect DBS with QuickBooks Online, Sunburnsam.

Sending a request to support your bank is our way of knowing how many users want an online banking connection. However, it still depends on your financial institution if they want QuickBooks to connect with them.

You can consider adding your company to the list by following these steps.

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Click Add account.
  3. When you can't find DBS, there's a Request support for your bank option.
  4. Select it, then enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided.
  5. Once done, click Request.

For now, you have to download transactions from your bank using a CSV file. Then, manually import them to QuickBooks.

Let me know if there are other things you need aside from connect to DBS. I'll be right here to assist you.
