I am not sure this is a browser issue, rather an issue between the connection between DBS and Quickbooks.  It used to connect to DBS ideal earlier but hasn't for the last couple of years.  Other software, like Xero, flawlessly update from DBS Ideal.  Please work with DBS to ensure Ideal accounts can also be updated automatically.  I am still following the workabout solution of downloading files, copying into template to match quickbooks format, save as csv and then import.  This is a waste of time since it should be done automatically.  Please do make the effort to sort this out.
