I can help you in managing your subscription, @Espe207.

 

You'll have to cancel your account to avoid further charges and then contact our Customer Support to request a refund.

 

To cancel the account, you can follow the steps provided by KlentB above. You can do it from the Gear icon and then go to the Billing & Subscription tab. You can read this article for more information: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Once done, you can now reach our Customer Support. They have the tools to get into your account in a secure environment and process this refund request.
