You'll need to cancel the account first, wagan.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

Once done, an email confirmation will be sent. Also, we'll hold on to your account for a year. I recommend printing or exporting forms and reports for future use. Check this article on how to export: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1779266.

 

You'll need to contact our QuickBooks support to check what they can offer about the refund. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter request for refund, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start an email.
