Nobody will contact you except scammers for sure. You should not share your number in the community. Since QB Desktop 2022, Intuit only offers subscription licensing. If you don't need to run any add-ons (e.g. QB Payroll, QB Payment), you should switch to old QB Desktop with a non-subscription license.
