Let's tackle this challenge and ensure the page stops scrolling automatically while creating an estimate in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Twinelectricalservices.

If your keyboard's End key is stuck or continuously pressed, it causes your screen to scroll down automatically. Please check for any obstructions holding the key down or reconnect your keyboard.

There are instances when the browser is loaded with frequently accessed pages, which results in some unusual behaviors. That said, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue and get you back to business seamlessly.

First, log into your QBO account using a private browsing session to access it with a fresh start. Use the following shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Once resolved, return to your default browser and clear its cache to refresh the page or use a different supported browser.

Moreover, you'll want to refer to Step 3 in this article to convert an estimate into an invoice: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online.
