Thanks for following up on this thread.

Currently, changing the language settings in QuickBooks Online Singapore is unavailable. I can see the importance of having this feature in your business. With that, I suggest sending feedback to our product developers so they can review it and might consider adding this in our future updates. We’re continuously looking for ways to enhance our product features.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Profile, select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestion.
  4. Hit Next.

Alternatively, you can use the Language settings of the browser to change the one you're currently using. You can follow the steps below for Google Chrome. For other browsers, the following article contains some links on how to update the language settings: Microsoft Forms.

  1. Tap the three-dot icon to select Settings.
  2. Click the Advanced link below to access the Languages section.
  3. Hit the drop-down for Language to access the Add Language window.
  4. Mark the box for the one you want to use, then press the Add button.

Check out these resources below if you want to learn more ways how to update your language settings in your Google Chrome browser and manage invoices in a different dialect:

You might also want to consider changing your QuickBooks Community username as it appears to contain your company ID, which may compromise your privacy and security.
