Over 20 days now that I am not able to run reports.  I tried 3 times to get help in the Chat their response is always the same as follows,

I see and understand. I just want to share to you that as of the moment, this issue has been raised to our backend team. Because many customers who are using QuickBooks Online ES version are experiencing this issue.
 
When I talked to a customer service in person they said everything is working.  Very Frustrated.  I need the data to complete my clients taxes.
 
I am in Spain but my client is in the US.  Can you tell me how to contact with a person in Spain_. I cannot call the 1'800 because it is very expensive for me, the last called took 65 minutes and it cost $70.
