Currently, the option to change the default language in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is only available to QBO Global versions.
If you’re using an Italian version, you’ll have the option to modify its default language by following the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon, and select Account and settings.
- Choose the Advanced tab, and scroll down to the Language field.
- Click the Language dropdown and select which one you preferred. Then, click To register.
On the other hand, if you’re using a QBO US version. The option is currently unavailable. Thus, I recommend you send feedback directly to our product engineers. This way, they can get notified of the features that business owners need. To do so, simply go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
