Hello, Damian.
We can work together and try these steps to connect your AIB accounts to QuickBooks.
It looks like AIB has multiple listings for our Online Banking feature. You'll want to ensure that you're using the correct bank URL.
Go to your bank's login portal, then copy the URL. Next, go to QuickBooks' Banking page, then paste the link in the search box. Review the result, then click on it.
If you encounter a specific error message, you can search for the solutions in our Banking articles page. Simply enter the error code in the box, then click on the result.
It's also important to check with your bank to see if they're having a maintenance update. This can affect our Online Banking feature. If there is, you might want to try connecting your AIB accounts after the maintenance.
If you're still having issues connecting your AIB accounts, I'd recommend contacting our support. They can look deeper into our Online Banking feature and fix what's preventing you from connecting them. Here's how:
Alternatively, you can download your AIB transactions and manually import them into QuickBooks Online. You can read here for a guide.
When you finally connect your AIB accounts, you can start categorizing the transactions.
I'm more than willing to work with you again if you have other QuickBooks-related questions.
